Teams make it happen

Multidisciplinary Project Teams (Account, Design, Engineering, Prototyping, Purchasing, Production, Logistics) are the basis of Alrec's work structure. These teams work collaboratively to manage all aspects of the projects from research, design and development to production and assembly ending in a quality product packed out for shipping and distribution. This team-based approach fosters superior results, creative problem solving and quicker response to client needs, as well as camaraderie between disciplines.
